Gaining a full understanding of the clients’ specific needs and requirements, as early as possible, underpins the whole design and specification process. Through a series of discussions with you, Jonathan will discover the key issues driving the project and tailor his services to help you achieve your aims.

5.Tender Drawings, Specification & Tender Action

With your input, Jonathan will produce detailed Tender drawings (including full construction detailing and finishes schedules) and write a detailed Building Specification describing the products, materials and workmanship standards for your project, for use under a Contract. 

Jonathan will then carry out a competitive Tender process to a series of Contractors, supplying each with the contract documents, drawings and specification. Jonathan will analyse the Tender returns and prepare a written report to help you choose the most suitable builder for your project.
