Gaining a full understanding of the clients’ specific needs and requirements, as early as possible, underpins the whole design and specification process. Through a series of discussions with you, Jonathan will discover the key issues driving the project and tailor his services to help you achieve your aims.

3. Planning Application & Scheme Drawings

In response to the pre planning feedback Jonathan will develop your preferred sketch scheme into accurate drawings suitable for submission to the local authority, as well as prepare a thorough design and access statement/supporting written statement, with a view to achieving Planning Consent (or a Certificate of Lawful Development for permitted development projects).

Jonathan will also liaise with any other consultants and coordinate the submission of any other information that the planners may require. Upon receiving planning permission Jonathan can help you in discharging any planning conditions.
