In liaison with the clients Structural Engineer, Jonathan produced a
detailed set of Tender/Construction drawings
and written Specification for this traditional, 4 bedroom, new build
house in London, including:-
- Floor Plans
- Detailed Elevations
- Sections and Construction Details
- Bathroom Layouts/Tiling Layouts and
Sanitaryware Schedules
- Electrical Layouts and Electrical Schedules
- Window and Door Schedules
- Written NBS Specification including finishes
schedules.
The project was successfully Tendered under a traditional procurement
route using the information supplied and the project completed to the client’s
satisfaction.
